SHED HUNTING
Montana, winter 2008 |
|
|

Out on a scouting trip for Muley's...Oh what a surprise! Aaron
totally lucked out!
We have pictures of this guy from December! He's tall, but his main
beam could use some more length!

|

And he lucks out again! He literally walked right past this one. He look
back and saw it barely showing under the tree! By far one of my favorite
ATLs. This is one side from the large set we found in 2007. We
dug and searched but couldn't find the match!

I was getting tired of the luck by now...Lucky Duck! This is another antler
from the same buck we'd found the year before and we had photographed him
earlier in the winter!
Couldn't find his match either.

|

Not exactly a monster muley shed, but it'll do!
We hit the bottom country and lucked out with this unique little
guy! |
| |
|

Okay, so I lucked out on this one! A super nice
four point muley. Nice and heavy and would have been from a wide
buck! Too much competition in this area to even think of finding
the match though! |
|

Another treasure....the snow cont to fall, but
we were searching for a specific antler we just couldn't stand to
not find. Lucky to find this guy we named "spindley" last year.
Isn't the one we were looking for, but I'm happy none-the-less. |
|

This is one of my favorite antlers every! A very
perfect little four point muley shed. |
